Crossroads Mechanical is committed to helping young drivers hit the road safely and with confidence.
We want to support our local community of young drivers through engaging and informative workshops, by partnering with industry leading suppliers and brands to deliver workshops at our Forrestdale premise.
By offering a program that educates young drivers on vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting and other responsibilities of owning a vehicle, the mechanics at Crossroads aim to give new drivers the confidence and knowledge they need to feel safe on the road.
Comprehensive Vehicle Inspections
If your young driver is looking to purchase a second hand vehicle or is driving an older vehicle it could be worth bringing it in for a Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection.
During these inspections, our highly-trained mechanics look at over 65 different areas of the vehicle and produce a full report, with pictures, that is sent to you via SMS once the report is complete.

Ask the Mechanic Facebook Group
We've started a Facebook group for Young Drivers Project members, where you or your young driver can ask our mechanics questions about your car.
If we are able to answer it in the group we will, otherwise we'll send you a message directly and organise a phone call to get you the answer to your question.
Special Interest Workshops
Drawing on the knowledge of our mechanics and other industry specialists we run quarterly workshops on a variety of topics including 4WDing, basic vehicle maintenance, window tinting and other topics which are of interest and benefit to our young driving community.
